Overview

The Glass Health Clinical Team is charged with developing and maintaining the clinical excellence of Glass Health’s AI system. Team members approach clinical topics, in sub-teams of 2-4, to write and review evidence-based guidelines for the AI, test its ability to use those guidelines in clinical scenarios, and provide the AI with feedback on its performance.

Glass Health Clinical Fellow

Glass Health Clinical Fellows make a minimum 1-year commitment to Glass Health, working 3-10 hours per week to create context for and fine-tune our AI system. Clinical Fellows have the option to also join the Glass Health Clinical Validation and Community teams. Clinical Fellows may be promoted to the leadership roles of Associate Managing Editor, Deputy Section Editor, and/or Section Editor, which help set the direction and execution of Glass Health's AI.

All Clinical Team Members are gifted Glass Health gear, including a Glass Health Yeti coffee tumbler. This core team makes a commitment to Glass Health and represents the Glass Health mission and values at their institutions around the world. They are also gifted with an embroidered Glass Health Patagonia jacket with their name and specialty. Glass Health Clinical Fellows can publicly list their role at Glass Health as a "Clinical Fellow" or their specific role, for example, "Deputy Section Editor, Cardiology."
